i saw a golden eagle full version kit. Wut the hell does that do

it's all the parts you need to slap an vtec head onto a non-vtec block (besides the usual engine stuff like block, head, vtec pressure switch, etc). It's basically just offereing you all the lines, fittings, and stuff you'll need for an LS/vtec or b20/vtec.

If i got this kit what else would i need for the ls/tec?( besides block and head, and soinoid)

Can you do a non-vtec to vtec swap on a D17? Would there be any gains?

why bother on a d17? you'd be better of switching to a DOHC B series with vtec installed..
