mobile video screens

What kind of material can i use to install custom fittings for a 5" screen on the door columns in my 2001 Frod Excursion? I wanted to weight the options of getting either a drop down screen or screens mounted on the columns for my kids to view without obstruction.
i have some ideas to toy with but not sure if it will be possible. I wanted to put the screens over the driver and passenger head way so the little ones can view the screen. When they get in it can move back to prevent and damage to the screens while entering the beast! Then just move the screeen to viewing angle. I would ike to know if it would be possible to do this myself or have a pro do it?. THanks!

Re: mobile video screens

It doesnt sound like money is a huge hurdle here. For the best, and least stressful results, go pro.
