Hoe to remove '98 taurus windshield?

My 98 taurus has cracked windshield. I found other windshield in junkyard but I don't know exactly how to remove that windshied, maybe somebody can tell me how?

The guy at the dealer parts counter may be able to make you a copy of the factory instructions located in the factory repair manual for the price of an oil filter and windshield wipers.
