my nova just stalls when i stop and the car kind of shakes.....but then when i turn the key it starts RIGHT back up. (it sort of shakes before it stops)
it is not the fuel pump right??? its carber and not fuel injuected |

If the throttle body is dirty, the car will stall when you come to a stop. Make sure you clean it. The TB, not the car!

Oops! I didn't read the last line. Sorry! In this case, clean the air passages.
