87 300E changing tire size questions

I am thinking of changing the factory 195/65-15 tires to 225/60-15.
What types of problems may I encounter by doing this? Other than the speedo error. Also, what benefits may be encountered?
Thanks, Lee

There will be some change in handling, but you probably have already anticipated that since you are going with wider, shorter tires.

The only thing I would recommend is to check the clearance in turning. I had an '85 190E that had wider tires all around, and the front ones would rub a little if the steering wheel was turned all the way to the locks both directions.
