internals

i need some internals for my car i am looking at crower connecting rods and does anyone make any pistons or valve reatiners or valve springs. and if i got that would their be a signifacant diffrence in hp. thanx

the only thing in yoru list that would cause more hp would be the pistons, with higher comp pistons.

very true civickiller, but does he want to go FI down the road? if so, i wouldnt get the higher comp pistons. I would start building the internals of my motor so when i have the turbo kit ready, i wont have to worry about much except a good tune.
