94-95 B18C into 96 Civic LX

Would this swap be a good choice to replace the D16Y7 currently in my car? i assume it comes with a 5spd transmission and everything that is needed to sucessfully install the engine. How do i know if the motor mounts line up or not?

Re: 94-95 B18C into 96 Civic LX

I'm doning a simular swap b18b1 95 into 96 lx. The motor mounts you will need to use will be. 99 si rear bracket mount you can use your stock motor mount you just need the bracket. On the trans side mount (top of the trans) If you have a manual the stock mount will work. If you have a auto youll need to get a manual mount (talking about the car trans not the new one). Also on the engine side (timing belt) youll need to use the 99 si mout and bracket. The mounts under the front of the car will work from the B series but if you want to use your ac youll need a 97 del sol bracket. thats all the mounts youll need. If you need any help let me know.
