NEWBIE QUESTION:Is my car OBD I or II?

i am about to fail smog so i looked up phone book for quotes for a cat converter. they asked me if i was OBD I or II i didn't know. i have a 1995 INtegra GSR 4door. my friend said that 1 is for 94-97 and 2 is 98 up, but i have to make sure. please help me out
