Having problems with my GTP stalling

Was wondering if anyone might know what could be the problem here. Every time i start my car it starts up real rough and shakes. the rpms jump from .5 to like 2.5 until i shift out of park. would this be clogged fuel lines or injectors? maybe a bad fuel filter? i only have the problem when i first start the car so im not sure if that would be it. any help or advice would be great.
