hid kit for 2000 jetta

What number (Model) are the headlight high bemas for the 2004 jetta? I want an HID kit and the only ones they have are 9007 for the low beams? Can you change the high beams?

you'd have to get a bi-xenon kit. its the same bulb and i dont think they make rebased bi-xenons
