Headliner Noise

I have a 2001 Pontiac Montana. The rear headliner, where the air outlets are, is making a rattling noise. When I press on it, it squeaks a lot. Does anyone have the same problem and know how to fix it ?

Hey,

Give this a shot, this solved the problem for me. My montana has the stanard console, which means it doesnt have the fancy compass computer. Insert a small flathead screwdriver, with a cloth over it into the edge of the reading light/switchbank (the black part) and pry it down, just like you were changing the reading light bulb. Check the light bulb connections and while your in there look inside of the hole. What was squeaking and rattling on mine was the antenna wire retaining clip and bolt were loose.

If this doesnt work, tell me, and Ill look into it some more.
