NOW THIS MAY SEEM LIKE A STUPID QUESTION BUT ITS CONFUSING ME. iF I WERE TO GO WITHA TURBO SETUP, WOULD I NEED A HEADER(PACESETTER) OR NOT

No, if you are running a turbo setup you can not use your stock header, or a kirk header, or a pacesetter for that matter. You need a turbo manifold. Buy a kit and it should be included, if not, you got ripped off on the kit . . . Turbo Manifold replaces header.
