agreed!

Go with some 15's with 195 maybe even 205 tires... go with dome black 5 spokes. I personally think a 4g looks ugly as all hell with anything bigger than 15's. 16's maybe on a show car..(but who has the money to make a 4g a show car? lol)

Re: New Wheels: Question

hmm...what about these? They're only 14 inches but look pretty nice.

i can get these for $375 shipped, and then i'd need to buy tires for em. Whereas the 16 inch KTP's are $550 shipped, and they come with tires already mounted and balanced. Which do you think i should get?

awesome wheels! I'm running these on my crx. I painted 'em black tho and got oem silver honda center caps. Check out my site to see how they look on a crx. My favorite honda wheels! they came from a delsol si.

Re: New Wheels: Question

sweet, but these arent the same, just a "little" different! Here's the description on d-series.org post where he's sellin em:

"THESE ARE THE ONES!! SUPER RARE 14"x6", NOT 14x5" or 5.5" like all other Honda alloys- these are the only ones that ever came in 14x6. Bright pearl silver powdercoat w/machined lip, 4x100 lug pattern (fits all civics except 2004+ si, all delsol, crx, all integras except usdm/jdm type-r, etc etc)... I got these brand new from a Honda dealer and I have only used them for autoxing this year (about 7 events- probably a total of 15 miles). They are near mint, have never been curbed or anything but one wheel does have a few tiny scratches on two of the spokes. These are the sooper-rare and highly sought after ones that were discontinued only a year or two after the beginning of production on them. "

Re: New Wheels: Question

get the factory ones above with some kuhmo ecsta supra 712 tires!!! that'll actually be considered a performance mod....prolly cut 3 tenths of a second of your 1/4 at least...
the 16's are heavy... the factory alloys are not.

Re: New Wheels: Question

yeah i wouldnt go low pro stay with like a 15" wheel or around that. I see people come into my work all the time with low pros and flats and messed up beads from when they hit a small bump and f' up the tires. I like those factory wheels. I also like GSR wheels too theyre pretty nice.

Re: New Wheels: Question

^ that site only has 17 inch wheels on it. It's a good site, but i dont want 17s I'm going more for 15s now.

I wanted to get those factory wheels, but then i'd be broke with absolutely no money lol...
