240sx auto to 5spd and SR20DET conversion

ok i know there is something here already about both subjects but they arent mentioned in unison. i did the conversion and swap at once. these are my probs, my reverse lights never turn on. my temp gauges always reads way to hot, my speedometer and odometer dont work at all. any help with the matter would be greatly appreciated, oh yeah its a '95 240sx SE. i love the car.

Re: 240sx auto to 5spd and SR20DET conversion

the R light is located in the Tranny housing, mine dzn't work too. i think its teh connector that is bad. the temp, well check the abvious stuff, ie turmostat, air pockts...etc.
ur dash stuff, well RU using the original SR unit or the KA one? use the SR one...

sory but i need more info. all of ur problems could be a short or a bad wire !

If it's an S13 SR you put in your S14 then I've read that you need a different temp sensor or diff thermostat, or something like that, sorry don't remember exactly, but it's a problem from putting the S13 engine in an S14.
