Tacoma Seatbelts
I have a 99 Tacoma and the driver seatbelt is losing tension (it wont fully retract when you take it off). Can I break open the reel and increase the tension, lubricate it, or do I have to replace the whole damn rig?

Take it back to the dealers, they should fix it for free due to it being a safty hazard!
