Rocker panel problem

I need a suggestion as to what I can use or buy to replace the plastic pieces in the rocker panel. The screws that hold the carpeting & trim plate in place screw into these plastic pieces that snap into the rocker panel. The plastic pieces are dry and brittle and have cracked making them useless (screws have nothing to screw into). Any suggestion is appreciated.
