My Grand Prix had a whine in the tranny. Took it there on Dec. 14. Today is the 31st and they STILL have it. It took them 2 weeks to decide if they are gonna replace it or repair it. Ok they will replace it. another week to get the new one from Mich. Then a day or 2 to install it. Unbelievable. The tranny in these cars is the weak link. They should have a stock pile of parts and several replacements laying around.
