Dreams do come true

Have you ever had a dream, say of a place, house, landscape, object or such? And u can remember it clearly when you wake up that morning. And then the next night, you dream and u forget about the last nights dream and never ever think about it again? So when your going around somewhere, say in the country or in the city and you notice a house, landscape, object, etc, and that dream pops right in your head that you so long forgot and that it feels as if you had dreamed of the thing your seeing?

I had this happen once when I dreamed of a house I had never seen before, and then when I went on a class field trip, I saw a house that looked familiar, almost like dejavo and then suddenly remembered my dream. It's so weird when the thought of the dream just pops in your head like that.

Re: Dreams do come true

deja vu mean? it means "already have seen" in French...

yea i actually get taht a lot... like sometimes i'll have these dreams like years before and then all of a sudden.. it just happens.. and you're like whoa... i had a dream about this... and then whatever you do... like scream and dance around like an idiot to make it so that its just a coinicidence... it just happens to be that the dream happens where you do jump aroudn like an idiot...

so it seems like we have a way of seeing the future.. it just seems to me mundayne (sp?) details of everyday life though

I believe all human beings have the ability to see the future, but we can't channel it at will.

I've had several times where i seen places/things and remembered i dreamt of it.

What do scientists say, something like we don't use 100% of our brain, only 10% or under..?? If we could use 100% of our brain, ibelieve we'd kill ourselves, and our most intense anger would be acted upon.

Almost like the movie sphere, where they have the power to do WHATEVER wish they want, but only spend it in a bad manner.

Dreaming something and then later on seeing it has only happened to me once and its freaky. I do not think it would be considered dejavu. Speaking of which, I have a habit that if I am driving somewhere and for some reason I notice a building or an intersection and I get the feeling I'm going back to that place. Then later on I do end up at that place on purpose. Another thing that freaks me out is that I'm minding my own business doing something and I sense either the phone is going to ring by a particular person or lets say I'm thinking so and so is going to walk in and bingo it happens. Strange but true.

TS out (sensing there are going to be more postings in this thread)

Re: Dreams do come true

The part about using 10% of your brain is just a theory, considering there is still so much we don't know about the brain. As for the dajavu feeling, I have experienced that numerous times. For me it's not so much a specific landmark, but more of a distinct feeling of doing something and being somewhere before. It is pretty strange, and I don't see any logical explanation for it short of it's just a coincidence. Has anyone waken up in a middle of dreaming, but into the dream? I mean you actually control what happens. So if you're dreaming about something that's going to happen, but you're in control, it's like controlling the future. Makes you question what reality really is.

Re: Dreams do come true

i get that feeling sometimes in the skyline forum. some kid will come on posting bullshit about how he's going to get a skyline. then I say that I'll shave owned into my cat if he ever does. and then the kids never come back. or they break down and say they are 9 years old. and then I think to myself.

whoa.. shit this happened before. :-)

I think I'll make buying a skyline my new year's resolution just so i'll make you shave Owned on your cat.

BTW does it have to be a full GTR or will a GTS do, what about the new Skyline aka G35 in the states will any of these count towards the cat shave.

G35 don't count. any R32,33 or 34 will do. GT-R or not. in the US.
