paint jobs and window tinting
ok i decided that i want my windows blacked out (im in missouri so it doesnt matter how dark) and i dont like the red color my SL has now. how much would it be to get a good paint job and good window tinting done to my beaut? i want to know if its really worth the money to get a paint job. im almost set on getting my windows tinted so i was just wondering how much that would run me. any advice is helpful. thanks

It could be anything, depending on who you have do it and how good quality you want...around here, a good paint job is 3-5k and a tint job is $150-250

Well on that paticualar car the price tag could range b/c of its forieness but i would have to go with this guy on the prices.

Going for a total color change it could be getting very expensive if you have a shop do it. If you want to go black then look to spend alot because the body has to be perfect for the job to look right. If you want some wild crazy custom color its also going to be alot.

i got my windows tinted this summer...i paid $215 for all but the windshield to be done. my tint lets 5% light through (yes i said 5%)legal limit is 75% in NY. my tint is so dark, you can barely see in, you need to put your eyes right up to the glass, and as far as seeing behind you, you can only see headlights (very faint) at night....kinda kool

ya so much for the paint job. i'm pretty set on tinting my windows to 5%, i think itll look good with my redness but during the daytime-eh. thats if i cant sell this putz and get a VR-4.
