There are no locators on the hubs, other than bright colored paint. They dont try to slow down pitstops, in fact every year they have pitstop competitions to see who's the fastest. also throughout the whole racing season, the team that spends the least amount of time on pit road wins money.


here's a good picture of a wheel, even though it doesnt have the stripe thing. you can see they dont add anything to them.

Okay I see now, they don't have a singe center lock nut, rather regular five nuts. I'm sure the rules must specify that, otherwise they'd use the much quicker to change centre nut like most other circuit racing series.
