How to install door speakers in a 2g?

i have a blown woofer door speaker, so i bought a used one from from ebay of the same modle.

now i have to figure out how to get it installed. i tried using a screw driver to pry the grille open. that doesn't work... Do you have take the whole door pannel off?

i've search the forum and FAQ and can't find anything on this simple install. if someone could help me out or point me at a install guide it would be great

you have to take the door panle off to get to the speaker. Its really easy to take the panel off, you just have to unscrew a couple of screws around the panel and make sure you take the 1 screw from your door pull off, and then you can just pull the panel right off.
