get rid of my CRX = get a free car
My parents said that if i get rid of my CRX they will buy me a used car.
I don't want to get rid of my CRX i love it.... but I need a car to get to work and school and back because my girlfriend is sick of driving me... I dunno, this is tough...

hmm i say you total everything you spent on your car and make them buy a car of equal or greater value, then u sell your car and use that money to make it even better!

 that sucks tho man, that would be a hard choice and if it was me, i'd tell my parents, hell no. instead of them spending money on a new car, they should buy u a new motor  afterall. a zc is cheaper then a new car hehe

THEY TEll me that the car is nothing but trouble.
THEY Say its a "piece of shit" i have to get rid of the car or its no deal.

It has a lot of neat stuff i could part out... the head is still good... i am gonna keep the wheels and tires though. Everything under the hood is new, and works except for the low end of the engine.
Also, they will get me a used saturn... and nothing else... EDIT: nothing over 2000$ either....

Saturns are wonderful cars, my dad has had 2, and my girlfriend has had 2, just traded her old one for a new Ion, none of them have ever had any problems.
but... they aren't really that fast... i can't get another honda because im not buying it, my parents are... they decide.

If i get rid of my CRX my girlfriend will be happy too... would solve a lot of problems in our relationship...
if i part it out i will post in a couple of days what i am doing with the pieces.... My mom suggested scrap metal I almost told her to F.O.
