99 Jimmy: Possible Fuel Leak
Every morning behind the left rear tire, I find a little puddle of some liquid. I say "some liquid" because I cant tell if its fuel or not...it doesnt smell like fuel? Im thinking it could be windshield washer fluid as my rear washer pump cycles ( i hear it running) but does not spray. Could a washer line be broken or cracked around that area? Its very weird...any help will be much appreciated. Thanks

Re: 99 Jimmy: Possible Fuel Leak
LT, do you mean dip my finger in the winshield washer resovoir and compare the smell? Or are you suggesting that its fuel im leaking? Its got to be either fuel or washer fluid because it still dripped in -23 degrees weather that we had the last couple of days. I have had gas leaks before and have always smelt them...this one i cant....do know if there are any washer lines back there?

Re: 99 Jimmy: Possible Fuel Leak
Did you actually smell what it was or are you inferring?
Dip the finger in it and give it a whiff.
