of course, you'll just have to do some wiring for the OBD conversion. This: http://www.honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=550976 and a OBD1 to OBD2 conversion harness will work. Or you could get a rechipped d16z6 ecu (p28) and it will be OBD1 (same as your car) and you won't need to wire for the knock sensor. EDIT: I ment with the p28 ECU you wouldn't need the conversion harness, you'd still need to do the wiring in that link I gave.

A K20A will work, it will be more expensive and need some fabrication. Do a google search and you'll find a few walkthroughs on this swap.
