Si gauge cluster swapped.

Well i just got a Si gauge cluster in my dx, so now i finally have a tach. That has got to be the easiest mod to a dx possible. About 4 bolts and straight swap in. Now i gotta sell the dx cluster, lol.
Not having a tach i always thought i was at a higher rpm than i really was. I drove home today and really took it to redline, i was missin out on about a 1500rpms every shift. but man do i cringe when takin that thing up there. Im afraid im gonna throw a rod or somethin. This engine has to last me.

Re: Si gauge cluster swapped.

Yeah... one up for d-series...

I've been hearing a lot of crap about what's better d or b and I give props to those who've done swaps. But, right now, I want to challenge anybody in the SC/Northern GA area with a b with i/h/e in a 4g to a race against my d. If I lose that's fine but if I win you must post up here how you got spanked by a d...

Re: Si gauge cluster swapped.

I said in SC/Northern GA area... If I lived near you, I'd be asking you for help with a swap or build up... LOL
