ECU Mods
Does anyone know of an ECU mod like a programer or something like a VTEC controller that is worth getting?

If you don't have motor work, such as cams, higher compression pistons, etc or running a turbo then it's not going to do anything for you. On a stock motor (whether it's the motor that came with your car or one you swapped in), it won't make much of a difference if any at all. So it depends on what you've got done.
