more horse power from my 2003 OZ

What is the best way to improve my horse power? Are these micro chips I keep seeing really worthy, they say they will increase up to 20 HP. I am just looking for an opinion on what some of the better options are. Thanks.
Ps.

I know this is not a speed racer, I just wanted a little increase in umph.
