97 buick PA power steering unit

I have a 97 PA, which has a power steering unit that is OOC and I want to replace the unit. Pep boys said it would cost 288.00 to fix, I was wondering how hard is to replace the Power steering unit/pump.
Help from anyone that had to do that.
