Unhappy Where is the blending door? NO HEAT!!!! Please Help.

I have a 1998 Blazer and the heater is blowing cold air. All vents blow air....all cold. The system has been flushed and the thermastat has been replaced. I took the car to the dealer for a diagnosis....they said it was probably the blending door. How do I get to the blending door? They said it could be trace to an electrical problem....all in all they gave me a rough quote $150-$350. Also, I installed a new radio. Could I have damaged wiring throughout the dash? Please help. Can I troubleshoot this myself?

Check for blown fuses. Also, yes, you could have damaged a wire or something.

Go to the engine compartment and feel the two hoses going to and from the heater core. When the engine is up to temperature both should be hot.

If only one is hot, your core is still plugged and you need to reverse flush it and also install a new non AC Delco rad cap.
