Fastest Metro?? Well, that'd be me lol. Not a whole lot of all-suzuki metros out there. But I have seen some older metros with small block chevy motors in em. But yea, that's not even a street car anymore, heh. There is one guy in Australia with a sub 11 second Swift. Last video I saw of him, he ran something like an 11.2s 1/4 mile. Maybe if I bite the bullet and jump on the turbo train, I could pull more than high 14's out of mine . But yea, that takes money. Lots of it.

Exclamation

you could throw together a junkyard turbo kit pretty easy. get a rebuilt mitsu 14bturbo, old supra I/C, boost controller, AFC, boost guage and some custom piping. most engines can handle low boost. the way you take care of yours i would think it would. i love turbo cars but unless i did a engine swap i co not think it would be worth it. you don't have to get a custom manifold. just put the turbo about were the down pipe starts to bend under the engine. it will lag a little more but the boost will definitely make up for the loss down low. later bro . . . .

Re: fastest metro? who has it?

hey i wouldnt mind buying a metro and making it fast as hell. i am 16, so insurance wil be on my ass a lot so metro seems good. I can swap in another engine or w/e, sticky fat tires, and roll bars then it can take on porsches!!

I would do a junkyard setup, but when I put a decent amount of money into something, I want it done right. I'd buy a rebuilt turbo, custom manifold, have custom piping made, use nitride coated low compression pistons, fabricate an oil cooler, use an aftermarket AFC and spark controller. Also, I couldn't do the turbo on my current motor. I'm running almost 12:1 compression .
