What Module Maintains Seat Memory on 03?

Does anyone know which of the many modules on a 2003 maintains the memory seat positions? I know on a 2004 it is the drivers seat module, but not sure of the 2003. I know GM went to one seat module in 2004, from the prior two in 2002-2003, so maybe they changed this also?

The seats I installed are heated leather with memory, and are from an 03. I have an 04. So far, the heat and all the power functions work fine (the heaters work on the serial bus properly), but the memory seems not to work (yet). I'm guessing it is either in one of the seat modules, or maybe in the cluster (with the DIC?) Dunno....
