Engine swap for 89 Dodge Daytona

I currently drive a 2000 Vette, but i have a 89 dodge daytona project car sitting around waiting to be worked on. I want to do a complete engine swap in this car. I was wanting to put a honda s2000 engine and manual transmission in it. I was just wondering if it possible to put that application into a daytona. I have never done an engine swap before so i don't know much about it. any information anyone has for me, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Russ Troutt a.k.a. Vetteman84

Re: Engine swap for 89 Dodge Daytona

Nah, save your money and build a commonblock 2.2 turbo motor with a 16V head and hybrid turbo and smoke anything with an S2000 motor in it for less money too!

Hey SVTcobra, do you know where a good place to buy some of this stuff would be? Stuff, as in the engine and parts you were talking about.
