Side light

Does any one have lights in the sides but next to the main light meaning that when you turn the head light you also have the side light up to why and also how can I make my car signal light go up so I can put some fogs light and which light are really good for fog because Where i live when i have to go to work in at 4:00 am it it fog I can't see even with the high beam on. and if I can put the side up what kit do i have to buy so I can put the fog lights
