How much is my car worth??

OK please be honest... i would like to know how much my car is actually worth. Personally i know its worth more than what i paid for it , and worth more than private in KBB and i dont feel like spending money to get it appraised... so whats a better way to find out than asking the 240 owners and those who appreciate 240s

You can see my mods up to date at the bottom of this page. I have a 95 S14 it has 123,000 been well taken care of by me and the previous one and only owner. It was an old person who traded it in for a new bmw or something. Engine runs like new and doesnt have any leaks and passes smog like new as well. there are no problems with the car at all,
I tell mysellf with all i have done to it to make it what it is, its worth $7,000+ well i like to think that it does.. makes me feel good thinking that hehe! But could it possibly be worth this much without really looking at the KBB and just basing everything in personal experiences and knowledge of these cars...

I know you have mods and all, but most of the time you aren't going to get much money from those. Also, you've pretty much taken away the older person market for the car since you have modified it. I bought my '95 SE about 2 and a half years ago when it had 75k miles on it, and I paid $7000 for it then. It was in perfect condition when I got it. I got mine from an older couple also. Now, my car is almost 3 years older, I have modified it some, and it has 115k miles on it. For something just like this in my area, they normall sell for about 4-5k at the most.

The car is almost 10 years old with a good amount of miles on it so don't expect much.

my '92 has less miles on it than ur 95, anyway. but seriously i think you could sell it for 7k, atleast if i had 7k i would probably buy it. nobody thats old is going to buy it anymore, but someone who actually knows their cars, and has respect for the 240, like most everyone on this forum, realizes the costs of the mods you have done, and will be higher bidders than a 60 y/o. It also looks great too.

Dude, are you thinking of selling it? That's my dream car....lol I dunno how that is relevant, but anyways, start it out at 7000$ and see if anyone wants to buy, as easy as that.

well ill be honest guys, a thought came into my head about selling it, but ITS JUST A THOUGHT!! and everyone has these haha...

but what i was thinking about doing is probably just putting 91 S13 cams in and a full pulley set and call it done because the whole turbo thing has to wait for a while because greddy has not made a turbo for the 240s that CARB legal, and thats something i would need living in CALI and all, CARB this CARB that... sucks!!

i think i can sell it for $7,000 if i wait long enough for someone to come buy it... and if i was to sell i would buy a supra those being twin turbos stock i will have no problems in here in Cali. But those are hecka money.... so i keep my 240 and see if greddy comes out with a CARB turbo if they are stupid and dont, then i might have no choice but to sell my 240 and upgrade to a supra... thats why i wanted to know how much might car could possibly be worth so i would atleast know the range im looking at.

i remember the first 240 i almost bought was for $6500 and it was some 5 months ago, it was black and in nice condition, mine is in better condition, but i called the guy and he sold it within days for that price... i was bummed out!!! black 5 speeds are hard to find
