1965 Buick Skylark Restoration

Hello. I need help with contacts and references on restoration.
I've recently moved to Thousand Oaks in Ventura County, CA and will be hauling my 1965 Buick Skylark to my new dwelling so that I can finally continue restoring it. (It's been so long since I had to store it on my family's property that I'm going to have to start several repairs over.) Are there any parts sources and services in my new area that any of you have had experience with and could recommend?
Going through old notes and photos, I'm reminded just how much accident- and rust-damage that car had, so I've been checking out books, reading old issues of my restoration magazines, and checking out how-to videos on body repair. One of the biggest problems I've been facing lately is which products are best for this. The magazines will give all the details on whose products are best for that month's restoration, but bear in mind that in some cases, these are the advertisers' products. I prefer the referrals from people who depend on experience more than advertising dollars to decide which is best. Any suggestions?
Also, if anyone knows of places in Ventura County where I can pick up junked fenders (for cheap or free) to use as bodywork practice pieces, I'd appreciate the leads.
