1998 Suburban 2500 series
Having hessitation problems at 60-80mph...
Replaced Sparkplugs Wires Rotor Rotor Cap Vehicle doesn't hessitate constantly! Cuts out every so often at various mhr...during eccelloration vehicle performs well....Any Ideas? Vortec V8 350 5.7ltr |

Maybe you should have your map sensor tested. If it's ok then it sounds like you may have a fuel pressure problem. it probably time for a new fuel filter or fuel pump. Also you could try to clean the fuel system with a good fuel injector cleaning additive. I had a similar problem once .I put in the cleaner and filled up with 93 octane.after a taking the long way home she idled fine.Yet another suspect in hesitation and power loss cases not to be overlooked is your catylic converter(s). Hope this helps.
