96 model extended cab rear window leak

Does anyone here have any advice on repairing a rear window leak on a 96 model extended cab?
Mine has a lot of wind noise and will leak a bit of water in a down pour. While driving down the road you can pull in on the window latches and the wind noise stops. Any advice would be appreciated.

The quick, easy and cheap approach would be clear RTV sealant. Just run a thin bead around the glass.

One thing you can try is goto a parts store and buy thin foam weather striping with the adheasive backing and sitck that on around the window. If you can not find any thin enough and if you are pretty handy with a knife or scissors, just trim it down a bit. Or have a look at the latch mechanisim and see if there is any way to slot the mounting holes so that when it closes, it will pull the window in tighter.
