89 Celica GT engine swap

i recently got an 89 celica GT 5-spd, but it had a bad engine. I went to the junkyard and I found the same engine, or what I thought was the same. The engine came out of an automatic car, and I asked the guy if they're interchangable, and he said they were. I brought it home, took the engine out of my car, and I find out the crank on mine is a 6-bolt, and the auto engine is an 8-bolt. Is there anything I can do to make it work without having to buy a new crank and set of bearings?

Also note, the crank in the engine I pulled is bad, which is why I'm doing the swap.
