Remove The Governor!!!

Hey this is my first post here and Im serious, lol. I dont know nor care how much this is going to help my car but any slight mod, I will do to this slow ass machine! No I really, I love my car and have fun in my car, have beat a few, "better cars" so they say and its been fun doings, oh my car is stock btw. Anways back to my question I was wondering if anyone knew where the governor chip is located and how to remove it from the car, I plan on buying some sort of JET performance computer and cold air and exhaust soon but i figured governor removal is a good start.
