1992 problem with lights

The headlights/tailights/parking lights will not turn off. We thought it was the switch and bought a new one and replaced a couple of weeks ago but now it is not working again. Thinking that maybe it is a relay but wondering if anyone has experience/ideas that will help us figure it out. I have run the battery down twice now before I realized they were still on. I just unhook it now.

did you recently work on it before this happened or just out of the blue, without knowing much about the symptoms I'd change the relays. do you have daytime running lights?
