question about manifolds....

hey this may be a dumb question but i wanna know .... will the first gen manifolds from a vr4 fit on a 2nd gen sl.... or did they change from the years...

Are you doing a TT swap?? If not then you cant use TT mani's on a NA.

first gen manifolds will work, and as far as i know the only difference is the o2 pipes and downpipe. But to be safe I would recoment going all first gen or all second gen if you are doing a TT conversion. But it doesnt matter what year the car that is getting the turbos is.

Yes, because he somehow blew the welds in the intake manifold. Im wondering how much boost it would take to blow up an intake manifold.

ya, a little confused here. are we talking about INTAKE manifold, or EXHAUST manifoldS??? the TT intake manifold doesn't have the VICS, thus there are pros and cons with that. but the exhaust manifolds are made specifically for turbos, obviously. so if you have turbos (TT conversion) then it would most likely work.

the original question was about the stock exhaust manifolds, after my answer it was all fast and furious references.
