SR20DET in a Stanza!?!?!

I use to work part time at a Car Wash and I saw a guy wit a Stanza. He had swaped the engine for a SR20DET engine. I just wanna know, how he did it and what parts I should have to make this possible.Can you also the me if theres and advantage or disavantage. Thanks
