And it's also worth mentioning that just because you get a pop out the exhaust and all that, it's not actually a misfire that we want. Thats a shitty term for it. The ignition event completes just fine. Its just a little late

That video seems to show regular stutter box on the shift (no lift shift, full throttle shift, stutter shift, flat shifting, etc). TMO chips were doing that on DSMs 10 years ago. Still effective, and reduces lag, but not the "anti-lag" we refer to where timing is pulled and fuel is dumped in. Well, it could be, just going from the sound of it though I dont think so.

Find a video of a DSM demostrating a typical stutterbox like TMO and note the sound. This is a video of a car using DSMlinks anitlag. You can tell it sounds real rich.

damn, does that thing, the "anti-lag" system give ya horse power? it seems like it. How much is it worth?
