95 Ranger tranny whining in all but 4th gear.
My 95 Ranger 4x4 4.0 5spd 210,000miles is making a whining noise in all but 4th gear. I was told the 2ndary shft had bad bearings. I tore the tranny apart and found very little wear in it. Any ideas what is casing the noise?
Also where can I get a rebuid kit(since its tore apart!)? Thanks for your time. Zane

I am ordering me a rebuild kit.I't has seals,synchro's, bearings(except needle type) gaskets and plugs. Have these needle bearing caused anyone problems? Zane
