Re: light bulbs

the install took me about 30 minutes, 10 of which was figuring out how to get situated to do the fog lights and jacking up the car, 15 minutes was figuring out how to undo the bulbs before and the other 5 was doing the second fog and second headlight
it is extremely easy once you figure it out, and i'll try to get pics of my car w/ them soon

Re: light bulbs

you dont have to jack up the car to do the fog lights. all you have to do it unscrew the 3 bolts that hold the headlight housing in, pull the headlight housing out and voila, the fog lights are right there. i can change my headlights and fog lights in about 10 mins

Re: light bulbs

the passenger side headlight is a little harder due to the lack of hand space to pull the rubber off

Re: light bulbs

actually i found it easier, its a twist and a click if your underneath the car twistthe housing and click the wires off of it, the piece comes out and you can replace it from there, there wasn't any bolts from the front, i've got the bumper that has the foglights molded in (03+ bumper)

Re: light bulbs

yeah i have an '03 too. but i cant get to my fog lights from the bottom unless i jack up the car. so i just go in through the top by taking out the headlight housing which takes all of 2 mins. i just changed my headlights and foglights in 15 mins

I want to replace my bulbs with something colored lol.

I had blue lights in when I bought the car, the previous owner I guess swapped out the stock lights (I assume they are stock) for some blue lights. And my car came with the stock lights in a case in the glove compartment. Which was nice, it was the only thing the previous owner ever changed on the car, everything else is still stock other than the altezzas I put on the back.

So anyway, last week the right passanger one went out. So I put the stock lights back in. But I want blue lights again. I just really liked the color. Oh ya my back up lights are blue also, he changed those too.

Are the Xtreme-Vision good? Its been awhile since this thread was posted so I'm wondering if anyone has changed their thoughs on the Xtreme-Vision or had problems since they got them. I want to make sure whatever I decide to get is good quality and will look great. I hate going half ass on stuff.

Also you can put in blue fog lights????

have the extreme vision bulbs too and i must say for $15/pair, you're DEFINITELY not gonna find anything better. they have a very nice look to them especially at a distance.
