I'm alittle confused. Your profile says you have a 1992 300ZX. How would your friend's 300ZX make your 300ZX look really bad? Other than yours is in the make beautiful stage, and his is already there.

my shop is in southern louisiana. the wing does look too high but i guess everyone has their own taste. i've been very busy with the cars i'm building so my z is finda on hold but i get to see it all day and its just eats at me that i don't have the time to work on it. my wife kept asking me today why his car is longer than mine, shes never seen mine with the front bumper on and the front fixed.

high wings like that usually don't look good on cars, but there are some exceptions. the eclipse and 3000gt are a couple. i think that that wing looks alright, if i could have it for a cheap price, i woud take it.

now, does he have a TT conversion on that 2+2 or does he just have the TT front bumper??? the slits in the front bumper go so good with the slits in the nose panel. i like that alot. i dont personally care for the wheels or spoiler but like you said, different people have different tastes.

BTW: i think yours will look nicer when its all said and done. i like your rims better. just get a TT spoiler and call it a day. also, did you ever get that front wheel and caliper straightened out because i saw some spacers on ebay for real cheap. maybe get a 5mm speacer for the front wheels and a 10mm for the rears.

he did a lot of stuff to the car buts its not a turbo. hes the origional owner of the car and put most of the things on the car around 1997. the color is not the regular pearl white, it has a blue pearl in the paint. he has a stillen sport suspension kit on it and i didn't like it, too rough of a ride. ya'll probably won't like this but this is his everyday car and has two z28s that are both too high performance to drive around, one runs low 10s so the gas milage isn't so great. i got a caliper from a na car at the guys yard that gave me the z, i don't know what year it was but its a different model than whats on my car. it has the fins like the tt car has so i went back and got a tt for the other side but that one doesn't bolt up and he only had the one for the na so now the calipers on the front don't look the same on both sides. i learned a little about the exhaust today from my friend with the z. i thought the cat back systems included the cats and mufflers but he said they had pre-silencers and mufflers and that my test pipes took the place where the cats would go. i don't want the car to be loud so i'm gonna get some high perfprmance cats from jegs and put them inline in the testpipes.

yeah...testpipes take the place of the cats. cat-back is everything after the testpipes. and then headers link the testpipes to the engine. i think thats what you said. somehow i got a little confused.

hey if your in the 10's your in the 10's. does it have the ls1 or the lt1???

original owner on the Z. thats great. how much did he pay brand new for his n/a???
