Removing civic rear seat
Hi I have a friend who has a 97 honda civic 2 door and he wants to know how you remove the rear seat. He was also wondering if 12" subs could fit under the seat.
Thanks dewkid_16 |

Re: Removing civic rear seat
Pull on the butt pads and they'll unpop from the chassis, then undo the screws holding the rest on. It's pretty easy, and no subs won't fit under them.

Re: Removing civic rear seat
I think there is actually one 10mm bolt holding the back of the seat bottom down, left of center i think maybe right of center, and then it pivots forwards and the 2 brackets in front come out, I think they are the same as the 5th gens at least.
