Rpm's stay up to high
I put new mufflers on it and changed the chip now it stays idled at `1600 rpms, but I am not sure if the shop recalibrated the computer or not.. Any with Idea's please help

i know this is a month old but id say that the shop didnt calibrate your computer, it should idle down around 8 or 900 rpm.
