Oil leaking from my teg

I just got a 95 GSR. The man i bought it from said that there was a leaky oil pan gasket. No big deal. Bought a new one, fixed it thought it was the end of that. Wrong. I am still losing a significant amount of oil. I put a white piece of paper up to the exhaust, revved it, and sure enough it got splattered with oil. I am thinking that i need either new valve springs, new piston rings or both, or maybe something eles as well. NOT SURE ANY IDEAS?

I figure i am going to be taking the beast apart, so is there anyother key things i should be fixing while i am in there?
