VTEC Head

What's the difference between a b16 VTEC head and a b18 VTEC head? Other than one is from a civic and the other from an Integra. How do you tell them apart?

the b16a vtec head has better airflow then the b18c head.

Thanks, that helps. But does anybody know how to tell the difference? What is a P72-1? Please somebody help.
